This painting came from a very interesting moment for me, because at first I saw it completely differently than others did. For me, it felt like a field of stars — like something cosmic, distant, almost floating in space. But then a friend of mine looked at it and said they see amoebas, like microscopic life forms moving in darkness. And after that, I couldn’t unsee it — now it feels like both at the same time.

I love when abstract work does that — when it refuses to stay one thing and starts shifting depending on who is looking at it. It’s painted on a dark surface, which for me feels like the unknown, like space or deep water, something infinite and quiet at the same time.

The golden and yellow forms feel like they are alive inside that darkness. Sometimes they look like stars, sometimes like organic cells, like life beginning or expanding in places we can’t fully understand. That contrast between cosmic and microscopic is something I really enjoy — because in a way, they are both the same idea, just seen from different distances.

For me, this painting is about perception. About how we see things differently, and how meaning is never fixed. It shifts depending on experience, imagination, and even the person standing in front of it.
